About the Healthy Aging Partnership
When it comes to serving the older adults in our community, we are sometimes limited by resources…but not by our passion for the work.
That’s why the Healthy Aging Partnership was formed—to tap into the collective strengths, skills, ideas and resources of organizations and professionals serving older adults in the Puget Sound region. The Partnership was created in 1995 as an informal coalition of government and nonprofit organizations. By 1999, HAP had launched the first steps of an information campaign aimed at educating our community about the needs of older adults and the resources available to assist them.
Today, we are a strong coalition of some 35 nonprofit and government organizations dedicated to helping seniors live happier, healthier lives. Learn more about our accomplishments.
